We're a small team and we read everything. Write to support@daili.app — questions, problems or ideas.

If something isn't working, it helps us a lot if you include:

• Your phone model and whether it's iPhone or Android
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
• A screenshot, if you have one

We usually answer within a day or two.

Delete your account

You can delete your Daili account and its data at any time, in two ways:

• In the app: Settings → Profile → Delete account.
• By email: write to support@daili.app from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.

What happens next: your account is deactivated immediately and you receive an email with a cancellation link. After a 30-day grace period, your account and the data linked to it (profile, and any events, lists, recipes and photos you created) are permanently deleted from our servers. If you change your mind within those 30 days, the link in the email restores everything. Files in the offline vault live only on your phone and are removed when the account is deleted on that device.
