Archive a list, or save it as a template
Put a finished list away and bring it back later, or save a list as a template to start new lists from.
Done with a list but want to keep it? Archive it instead of deleting it. This works for shopping and to-do lists.
- On a list's card, tap ⋯ → Archive. Inside a list, it's in ⋯ too. Undo brings it right back.
- Archived lists wait under Archived · N at the end of your lists. Tap one to read it. It can't be changed.
- To bring one back, tap ⋯ next to it → Restore. Delete removes it for good.
- To reuse a list, open it and tap ⋯ → Save as template.
- Next time, tap + on your lists, then Start from a template.
- To use, rename or delete templates: ⋯ at the top of your lists → Templates.
A template keeps the items, without ticks, dates or people. Your family shares templates. One made from an Only me list stays yours.
Note: An archived list sends no reminders.
