Change or delete an event

Move an event, fix a typo or remove it. Anyone in the family can do it for shared events.

Plans change. Here's how to change the calendar with them.

  1. In Calendar, tap the event.
  2. Tap Edit event, make your changes and tap Save.
  3. Or tap Delete, then Delete again to confirm.

For a repeating event, daili asks after Save what your change applies to: This event only, This and following events or All events. A greyed choice says why it can't hold your change. Delete offers the same three right away.

Note: Anyone in the family can change or delete a shared event, and the activity list shows who did it. A private event can only be changed by the person who made it.
