Bills, reminders and budget alerts

Get a reminder before a bill is due, see bills on the calendar, and know when a budget is almost used up.

A bill is an expense you still have to pay, like rent.

1. In a budget, tap Add expense and pick the due day at the top.
2. Under More: repeat, bill, note, card or cash, switch on This is a bill and pick a Reminder.

The reminder goes to the payer, or to everyone who sees the budget if it is No one. Bills to pay are under Coming up; overdue ones sit on top. Once you pay, tap Mark paid.

Bills also show on the calendar. To hide them, switch off Bills in Calendar settings.

Budget alerts come at 80 % and 100 % of the limit, counting money moved in from last month.

Turn these off in Settings → Notifications: Bill reminders and Budget alerts.

From a shopping list: ⋯ → Add to budget.

Note: Bill reminders come even in quiet hours. Budget alerts wait until quiet hours end.
