See all tasks, or only yours

Switch between the whole family's to-dos and only the ones given to you.

In a busy family it helps to see only your own tasks.

  1. On Home, tap To-dos.
  2. At the top, tap your own picture on the right. That's Mine: every task given to you, from all lists.
  3. Tap the family circle next to it to see All lists again.
  4. Inside a to-do list, the circles at the top show each person's progress. Tap one to see only their tasks. Tap it again to see everyone's.

Note: A task belongs to the people it's given to. If nobody has it, it belongs to whoever added it.
