Verify your email, and why it matters

A verified email lets you invite people by email, give a child their own login and search recipes online.

When you sign up with an email address, daili sends you a link to check it's really yours. Until you tap it, three things stay locked: inviting someone by email, giving a child their own login, and searching recipes online.

1. Tap the link in daili's email. It works for 3 days; an expired link offers you a fresh one.
2. No email? Look in your spam folder.
3. Still nothing? Open Settings. On the Email not verified card, tap Resend. The button then waits a minute.
4. Back in daili, your address shows Verified.

Couldn't the email be delivered? daili says so, and Change email address fixes it right there. After two resends or a bounce, Didn't get the email? gets you personal help within a day.

Signed in with Google or Apple? Then your email is already verified.

Note: You don't need a verified email to join a family with a code.
